Nice that we are getting a visit with this guy!
And I think we'll be the last of his announced visits. Time to leave a lasting impression!Yep, totally stoked. The one thing I've always said is a visit actually indicates legit interest. That social media stuff is just blowing smoke up the skirt... on campus visit or bust!
Keep in mind the wording. The article said he set three visits. It didn't say they were the only three visits he would make, or that these are his final three schools in his choice. This day and age we all know even if you don't want to admit it, it comes down to NIL MONEY sad to say. Who can offer the most attractive package. Iowa, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Texas AM, SMU, Missouri have a hell of a lot more NIL money and the Power Conference exposure to offer than we do is the reality. I do agree with Jason getting them on Campus is HUGE anytime we can, but i will to choose to temper my excitement till i see a commitment and let HCJS and staff do their thing to reel him in. Sorry to be realistic. This is really great to see! He looks like a really solid player who can be a lockdown defender and get to the rim at will. I like that everything I read raves about his athleticism. Fingers crossed that we can get this done.
I think everyone else is probably being realistic too. No one seems to be acting like this is a sure thing. But whether he ends up here or not, getting a visit from a player of this caliber is significant and a positive sign regarding the work of the coaches.Keep in mind the wording.
