Call the IHSAA...they have a website.

If you're in TH (Wabash Valley Assoc), contact MICHAEL STOFFERS, he'll set you right! The WVOA also has a website w/ #'s & contacts. The IHSAA Exam is done ONLINE now, but you should still join a local association to "network" into "the system."

The WVOA has one of the BEST in INDIANA...believe me (I've been in E-ville, Bloomington & Jeffersonville).

By the way, if you need plate gear, I'll give you a good price on mine! By the time you get a mask, chest protector, shin guards, steel-toed shoes, count indicator, slacks/shirts, IHSAA cap(s), jacket, etc...can approach $1,000.00! I'll give you a bargain...

I got on the ihsaa website. A little confusing but I am registered for the test. Just waiting on rule book. I also got on the wvoa site. Going to get a hold of someone on there.

Bak you know Mike Stoffers? Lol he's a good dude and someone I respect very much. He officiated my bball games as a kid growing up, anyone who has played middle school or highschool hoops in the Wabash Valley knows Mike Stoffers and what a good official he is. I used to chat it up with him during the games, always tried to work him at a young age to get calls.... lol Not sure if it worked, but it was my way of being in the game when I was playing 8th grade hoops for the Honey Creek Bees LOL! ahah that's great Bank!

I seen Mike a month or so back doing the middle school boys championship game and he was trying to talk me into officiating. lol I really just don't have the time to do it.

Contact one of the officials associations, they usually have classes and mentoring to help you through the process. The test is sent to you in the mail along with rule books, the test is open book
