[April 4, 2024] Indiana State (32-6) vs Seton Hall (24-12)

WANTED: Passionate Sycamore Fanatics. That You?

Register NOW to join our community of die-hard Sycamore fans.

First four out went Oklahoma, Seton Hall, ISU, Pitt. OU declined the invitation, therefore making Seton Hall the number one overall seed and us number two.

If that was the order for a 68 team field... wouldn't Oklahoma have been #72, Seton Hall #71, ISU #70 and Pitt #69?
If ISU had the 'best NET in the History of NET to NOT be invited...' wouldn't THAT have been enough to put ISU #1 overall?

Those other programs had a Higher/Worse NET, did NOT win a conference title (Reg Season or Tourney) had FEWER WINS...

Doesn't matter - when the Trees win tonight, will it matter what unis they were sporting??

Why would the "#69 team be the first one out? When you're tossing sh*t out.. do you toss your BEST Sh*t out?

Or do you toss your WORST sh*t out and keep moving up the list?

The Committee ranks the teams #1-#362 - correct?

Toss out the auto bids... the team that are ADDED as at large, you naturally start at the TOP to include.

When tossing out... the implication is they were IN and had to be removed b/c of bid stealers but WHY is the "best of the worst at-large teams" the FIRST to be removed?

Not tracking your perspective on that logic -- guess the rose-colored reading glasses need to be cleaned

Indiana State was the third best team, per the committee, to miss. They were 3rd of the First Four Out.

If there had been one less bid stealer, OU would have been in. 2 less, Seton Hall. 3 less, ISU.

Kind of a neat old arena, but I certainly wouldn't trade. They also most definitely take cash. Spent $17.50 on a huge popcorn and 2 bottles of water.

Anybody on the PRIDE at the arena yet? I would assume we're in our Baby Blues regardless...we've worn them as home and visitor this year...think they're HCJS faves.
