Ill. St shouldnt be in based on morals alone..But from what ive watched this yr. (and i have no life so ive watched lots of bubble teams) they are deserving of an 8/9 seed..Same with WSU. They both pass the eye test with flying colors...plus the bubble is a dumpster fire..Teams with 15 losses and/or 11 conference losses are on the cusp.
