EWU's defense is stout and relentless.

SHS is lucky EWU's QB isn't accurate or it would be 21-0 right now.

21-21. Lots of big play ability for both teams.

Hope we have some offensive players that have that this season.

Its a good thing SHS's QB can run, because he can't pass to save his life. Has had several WIDE open receivers running down the field and he has missed them each time.

I watched most of the second half--first half a little, but I had to watch the Chicago kids in the LL World Series. SHSU and EWU both have offenses worth watching. A pretty good game, but I will never get used to or care much for the red turf. That's just plain wrong.

In addition to our game tomorrow, here are other MVFC or upcoming opponent games of note:

Northern Iowa at Iowa at Noon
North Dakota State at Iowa State at Noon
Youngstown State at Illinois at 12:05pm
Colgate at Ball State at 2:00pm
South Dakota State at Missouri at 3:30pm
Liberty at North Carolina at 6:00pm
South Dakota at Oregon at 10:30pm

Iowa fans seem a little nervous about the UNI game tomorrow, if only because of the close call they had last time around (a few years ago), and because Iowa is setup to have a good season if they don't stumble out of the gates.
