In the same respect it's not fair to just dump everyone involved with ISU Athletics into that bucket. I know several people in athletics that visit this site on a read only basis and they enjoy the banter and are able to do just what Jason suggested - filter out the negativity & minutiae.
And then you have those at ISU who probably bad mouth this place quite a bit. They wouldn't do it to my face because they know I post on here regularlly - but behind closed doors they probably don't think much of this place. It's not for everyone - but the majority of die hard fans that I know either post here or visit here on a regular basis.
Lastly, I think it's a mistake to judge our fan base as a whole for who or how many people are actually posting on here. I know a lot of people who read this site regularly during the season(s). Way more people read this shit than actually respond or post here - they are paying attention to what is said here though. How can you not?!
