I would look up where LaVern Gibson ranks as standalone XC facility. I’ll give you a hint….its at the top…..in the country. That place brings in so much outside money, attention, publicity, etc. ISU would be crazy to not invest in it because other communities are catching on the XC courses are revenue generators. We have to stay ahead of the other universities investing as McNichols and other visionaries put us in position to have a special resource in the NCAA world
