The Odum Level
I don't think there is any debate about that. We'd never even beaten a top five team before, nevermind no. 1 at their place. What a day to be a Sycamore!

The win at Louisville is now #2 IMHO.
Not knit picking but I just looked it up. Our playoff WIN was against Eastern Illinois (16-13) in 1983. We then lost to Southern Illinois in Carbondale (7-23). In 84 we lost our only game to Middle Tennessee State (41-42) at Memorial Stadium. That was a heart breaker. I still am pissed about that game.To beat #1 in front of 18,000 (19k capacity) at THEIR place is hard to top...that '84 playoff win was in front of what, 6,000 @ Memorial Stadium?
All due respect to our teams of the past, but today's win was the biggest. Defending champs, at their place - where no one seems to ever win - we led from start to finish. Biggest win ever and an all time defensive performance.
This was without a doubt the biggest win in program history!! If you consider where this program came from and look at today's win - this my friends is one of the biggest statements from Indiana State Athletics "as a whole" in a long, long time and I think people on here know how pro ISU Track XC I am - yoy know they can do know wrong sorta thing. But this, this is big time!
That deserves an Amen!

Cold, very windy, raining and about 38 degrees or so if I remember correctly. Simply miserable weather and a tough loss on top of it. This particular team I think, was the better of the two playoff squads. Just met a tough opponent and a tough day and came up just short. The MTSU game is the one I was thinking of...we had a terrible crowd that game, didn't we?
