I've still got my black & gold "Merritt Island Baseball" shirt provided by the father of CLINT HURDLE (Pirates Mgr.) after umpiring the M.I. Alumni Game during the early 90's in Brevard, FL. Barmes is fortunate to be playing under one of the top managers in MLB!

Some of you OFC boyz might recall Hurdle being the 1st-ever HS athlete to grace the front cover of S.I. in '70 while being drafted out of Merritt Island HS.

Barmes must be the #1 Sycamore Alum in MLB history as far as games played now?

Yeah, I'm not sure how many years (without going to Baseball Reference) that Zane pitched... obviously tough to compare games played vs a pitcher.
