Terre Haute is a new place these days I am telling you that... Not the first bit of positive media about the Haute, we are going to see some more VERY positive news stories about the Haute in the coming weeks! Very exciting time...

Downtown is a great place to be right now! Jason you ought to give Wise Pies Pizza downtown a try while you are in T.H. they serve beer and have great pizza! Right across the street from Terre Haute First National Bank, I think it's on 5th...

Yeah, I know where it is. It's where my boy Richard's restaurant used to be before he moved down on 7th. Not sure if I'll get to do much else, but I may have to try it out.

Yeah well if not this time, then maybe when you are in town for a football game or something. It's a pretty good spot, usually pretty busy during the lunch. I'm getting ready to drive through campus on my way home, hopefully they open up 7th St. with school getting ready to start next week. It's tough to get around campus right now with all of the work they are doing on that campus. From 7th all the way to 3rd they are doing some kind of work - it's crazy!

I heard October for 7th St.

That won't happen... and neither will the construction around Tirey/Rankin/Parson hall. - You know... all the places that house the: controller's office (pay bills), Registrar's Office and Financial Aid office... not that students will need to be going to those places the first week of school right? :krazy:

Even if they open 7th...they are probably going to turn around close it again when they start working on the College of Business.

Yeah I hear you guys! It's impossible to get around campus these days... They should have started some of these projects at the end of the school year last year and they would have them done by now... Maybe. lol

No doubt. Maybe stagger the starting dates better! I guess its a good problem to have though.
