That's weak.... If you aint cheatin you aint trying. I'm all about doing things the right way, but you could have posted articles about 20 teams in the NCAA tourney. It'd be great if that wasn't the way college hoops was, but it's been like that since the Fab 5 - just got to get used to it I guess. Doesn't make it acceptable, but as I like to say "it is what it is".

UCONN won and good for them! They have the best college basketball player in the country Kemba Walker, they were the better team tonight. That's really all that needs to be said.

Kentucky is facing problems, too. I just hope for Butler's sake that they've kept their nose clean. If at some point they finally win a championship there will be plenty of people willing to make accusations.

It started well before the Fab 5; not all schools do it...

Hard NOT to break some of the NCAA rules; sadly, they're very much like Congress; keep writing new laws rather than enforce the current ones...

AND most of the rules/laws are written BY lawyers in order that THEY (lawyers) will have their loopholes.

that's all true. but, the fact is, if they break a few rules (some knowingly) that means that they are breaking a lot of rules. Cheaters don't just cheat once unless it's accidental. Clearly, some coaches have no regard for the rules and will do what they can get away with.

Absolutely; I think most non-SEC fans are waiting for kentucky's 2011 final four appearance to be vacated; giving calipari a clean sweep!

Obviously, some coaches have little / no regard for any of the NCAA's rules and regulations, others go out of their way to ensure they are compiling with the latest. Doesn't every Div I program have a compliance officer? Now, how much power, purview, oversight, awareness that compliance officer has is obviously a reflection of the school, AD and various head coaches.

"if you ain't cheating, you ain't trying" is bullcrap. UConn better hang that banner with velcro....it''ll make it easier to take down.
