Man, absolutely hate to see the game decided because Oregon has that abomination for a floor. Bogus.

It should be illegal to have a line that faint on the floor. To our resident Blue Jay fans, I'm sorry for the loss. You guys should have won. Ridiculous!

LOL...Whats lost in translation here is the fact that antoine young has 0 court awareness and this isnt what lost Creighton the game, they don't know if they would have hit a shot to win the game, they don't know they would have won in OT. All they had to do was play defense and they would have been going to OT.

I stick with my ridiculous comment. It is apparent to me that the floor may meet the letter of the rule, but not the intent--ridiculous. A division 1 player in a post season tournament not aware of where he is on the floor in the closing moments of a game--ridiculous. Somewhat knowledgeable basketball fans blaming the loss of a game on a line while ignoring missed shots, missed defensive assignments, missed free throws, turnovers and other basic parts of a basketball game--ridiculous.

I like their floor. Quite original. Guess the center line could be better marked, but the player should have a better sense of where they are on the court. Even if it was better marked this could have happened. The guy was backing up.

Sure it could have, but how have players been conditioned their entire life? To look for the line. The fact that it is faint to preserve the design is what would make me pretty pissed. Additionally, officials have a hard enough time judging on the contrasting lines, having a virtually transparent line opens them up for greater human error.

Have to agree with Boda on this...

Horrible design, may meet the letter but it doesn't meet the intent.

Why is the half court line the only line with that design?? Why not the lane, the 3-pt shot, etc, etc??

Also -- had the Oregon player NOT pointed it out to the official, would the official have noticed it?

Horrible; the NCAA needs to tell oregon to fix their court

They opened this arena during this season. Floor is awful, and it ost Creighton the CBI championship due to an Backcourt Violation, because of the absence of a mid court stripe.

The mid court line is only a thinly noted outline, (no solid line)

I like the design......EXCEPT for the half court line....

It's something different.
