Hmmm... That's an interesting take.
You realize that the state of Wyoming is quite literally the most conservative state in the United States right - if not #1 defiantly in the top 3 depending on source? So that alone would lead one to believe that the person sending this probably not liberal - but I don't know how you'd really conclude party affiliation conclusion one way or another to be honest.
Are you just suggesting that because most of our institutions are liberal? Even then... Because the institution is liberal it's employees past or present deserve hate? Surely you were not suggesting that either.

It was an insult. To me, a bubble is like DC, where they celebrate every time a Trump supporter dies. They were ecstatic on Jan 6th when the Capitol Police killed 4 of them. And all of the juries have unanimously convicted defendants for doing nothing with no evidence. This country is falling apart when you can jail someone for 2 years without a trial for a misdemeanor.

Further, if anything, as Twitch pointed it out, it is statistically more likely that the senders were conservative since Wyoming is heavily conservative/libertarian in makeup. Taking that a step further, college basketball fans in general tend to skew Republican -- there are multiple studies you can feel free to Google.
