When we play Youngstown State, we have a shot at being 2-1. This team has a great shot to win the MVFC and maybe more. Are we going to redshirt Coy Glass so we can have him as our starter next year, or are we going to possibly find another transfer QB?
Good self estem is important. So ISU beats 4 D-I teams last year and has some nice recruits and we are predicting multiple undefeated seasons in the near term? Seems like that might be a good way to set yourself up for a big let down.
I don't believe anyone is thinking ahead of themselves here...this team is very Talented and i doubt they go undefeated but I dont think predicting we could be winning the valley the next couple Years or be at the top, to be way out of line
I think we will protect our home field so there are five wins. I see the WKU game as being the key game between being a 6 win team or being a 7-8 win team. I believe it is a very winnable game this year for us and that it would give us a ton of confidence. I see Missouri State as a toss-up with the Bears obviously wanting payback. Penn State is obviously a pretty tall order just hope we get out of happy valley healthy. SDSU and Northern Iowa we will be underdogs, but they are not totally out of the question of pulling and upset at either place. Should be a exciting season, I am looking forward to it.
