Hope the guys don't take this game lightly. Aces beat Belmont in Nashville in early Feb. Will be another test of the team's preparation & mental toughness.

Evansville is very similar to us in that they can beat anyone and also lose to anyone. They’re just all over the place.

Certainly a game we should win but you never know which teams will show up.

Turnbull had a breakout game yesterday as the Aces beat Valpo in Evansville. Lots of high post pick & roll sets leading to dunks and short shots.

Pozzato was his normal, difficult to guard self and made several big shots. Comer is solid. Cuff gives them a 6'7" guard who rebounds and is steady. Generally, the Purple Aces use a half court style but with the capability to open it up when the opportunity presents itself.

Getting Pozzato back from injury lifted them a lot and finding a way to fit Turnbull into the offense has them at the same 7-9 in league play as ISU. There is no way that ISU looks past this team which is defeated 64-60 in Evansville while Pozzato was out with injury.

*66-62
INSU hasn't been in any position to overlook anyone. But speaking directly about UE I wouldn't imagine overlooking an opponent that we could of lost to.
With that said let's beat these paradouches.

I'm thinking there will be another solid crowd there tomorrow evening. Hopefully it helps the Sycs pull through a Victoria. In Eville, Comer went off on us and was really their only threat. Turnbull has been playing better and the Italian is back. Don't think Comer is going to be as big of factor with more weapons around him but gotta keep pizzato from going crazy

My buddy asked me to join him at his floor seats tonight... I never sit on the floor for obvious reasons, I don't have to tell you all that. My wife said, "I will divorce you if you get thrown out of the game". As if I wasn't tempted before.
Future Sycamorestateofmind will not be happy with the choices of present sycamorestateofmind this evening

Hope Luke asks him why he had to do Cam and Voss the way he did....that flop call at the beginning of the BU game @ Arch Madness still pisses me off. lol
Totally forgot about that. That was an absolutely horrible call, he really did have it out for Cam and Voss.

Could be wrong but I believe it was Pollard who gave JO13 his 5th foul in the Arch Madness final against Wichita when Odum was in great defensive position on Ron Baker just slipped down. We didn't have a chance after that call

4th foul.

Jump to 1:11:15. ISU had cut the deficit to 5 against the #2 team in America.....until.....Pollard.
