6 hours to tip and no one posting anything in this thread. Well, it's another pick em line from our friends in Vegas tonight. I've decided to come over from Indy for it especially since it's senior night. Hope the Bally pregame isn't empty like my last weeknight sojourn in the Haute...though I've got a feeling I'm in for a party of one again.

Two more regular season games until we become the first Thursday team in Arch Mardness history to win the whole f***in' thing.

Usually the Copper is busy before most home games in the event you are just looking for a good time lol

As much as I would like the believe that this team doesn't seem to have the chip on my shoulder - screw everyone and everything - I'm just here for business - I'm battling for something greater than myself mentality. If you could wrap that all into one that would be what I am looking for.

As disappointed as I was with the loss Sunday I was more taken back by our players attitude in losing. I didn't see a group of kids that was really too devastated by the position they were in - they almost seemed unaffected by the fact that if they lost this game it was not only going to be just another loss that we were going to be last in conference. If you want to be vocal and outwardly expressive that is all fine and good - but you can't have that same demeanor when your getting your ass handed to you week in and week out. It's about time someone shuts up, gets pissed off and goes out and plays like it. Quit celebrating after made shots, quit getting overly hype on the bench, quit acting like everything will be okay regardless of the outcome of the game - sure we all know everything will be okay and bigger things exist outside of the game. I just want to see real emotion and not the arrogance that I've seen from some of these guys.

Thx. If I'm making the trek out there I always try and include a Ballyhoo pizza but maybe I'll try someplace new.

I had access to a couple of lower bowl tickets tonight and I have had NO LUCK finding anyone who wanted to go see them, either from Indy or in TH. Two had gone to the game Sunday and said no way after watching them against SIU. They were absolutely disgusted with how they played. It just occurred to me that the better players may well jump ship after the season is over and some of the bad ones might just quit. What a fuc*ing mess.

Hoop, I was hoping for a Bally pizza before the game but now it won't happen. Copper will have more people than the Bally but I doubt too many will be there either, or at the game.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but what do you expect? And we're the diehards. What about the casual fan? They gave up on this team and yes this coach a long time ago. And I know you don't want to hear it but if some big changes aren't made after the season, next year won't be any better. This basketball team is a sad mess right now. I'll be there tonight, unfortunately my other 3 tickets will go unused.

Wish I would have known, I'd have bought at least one off of you. I went to TicketMaster and they only had tickets in the upper couple of rows so I'm just going to watch on ESPN3.

The fact that I watch these games and see 90% of the lower bowl empty but can't buy a fucking ticket but in the top 3-4 rows makes my head want to explode. I understand it, they're sold to businesses that don't give a shit about the actual product and they need the money, but it would be cool if they somehow worked out a ticket exchange where those tickets could be repurchased or repurposed.

I will be watching from home, would be there in person if I could.

Hoping for a win, but really just want to see a spark. Some positive energy that shows we aren't just going to roll over the next two weeks and mail it in. Would also love to see more of the young guys like Knight and Franklin and see if they can be contributors going into next season.

I will probably be watching more for the opportunity to see some of the young sophomores and freshman then I will the game itself. If/when those guys are in I will probably spend more time just watching them individually than the game as a whole.

Sorry about that. I have tried to find people before on here and NEVER had even a message. They are selling lower bowl tickets for $10 but I am assuming those are SOLD OUT.!? Maybe 50 of them. ISU basketball will NEVER be successful until they get rid of the ticket holders that DO NOT USE THEM and leave the bottom 20-40% full. It kills the atmosphere. I can't wait to see Clink again and ask him what they can do. There was so much life and things going on at the U of Indy game despite there being 1,100 there. What a difference it makes to have people near the court. The last game, sadly, that I went to was the Loyola game so you know what a bad taste I left with and that just about made me PUKE!

agree - thought we're hardly alone in that type of attitude. I blame it on the aau culture of.. "what? we lost?? what court do we play on now?" the days of having to win the game to keep the court at the local school yard, etc are over.

You're fine. I get the decline in interest this year--but I was shocked when the Bally was completely empty pre-game. We've all suffered through rough seasons in the past but the Bally always was a place to hang before a game.

Decided to spoil myself with a pregame Stables steak instead.

This x1000. Been asking they do this for years. Many lukewarm Indy fans would come over if those sideline and lower seats were for sale. It's more enticing than upper bowl or baseline. So frustrating to see hundreds and hundreds of lower empty seats every game unavailable for sale.

Sycamores win the tip.

MVS misses a 3.

UNI misses a 3.

Niels throws up a sideways shot but draws a foul. Could have had a dime to TJ for a flush. FTs coming. First is good. Second is good.

2-0 Sycamores.
