The part where she dived into the crowd was awesome. That and the kid just standing back smiling while everyone else holds her back.

Always encouraging to see those who "represent" institutions of higher learning act like five year olds. Don't know what was said or what went on before the filming began, but it always amazes me when these things happen at college events where a vast majority of those in attendance are college graduates.

The best and the brightest.

I know that not everyone who attends or cheers for a college went to that college (or any college for that matter) but a good number of them do. Embarrassing for the university that this is how their graduates act.

Hell ---that's the kind of energy I want to see at ISU! Now its like going to church! I'm tired of the Shaker Prairie ethos ----I want to see a team and a crowd that wants to kick ass and play hard!
We need to recruit a couple of female chicks like this Bama chick to get our fan base/student base jacked up!:poundchest:

Energy and passion are one thing, this woman is just a drunken (we can assume) buffoon. I would be embarrassed if she were in a group with me, I would be embarrassed if I was at a game and she was wearing anything that represented my alma mater and acted like this.

Hopefully when she sobers up she will be mortified by how she acted, but instead she will probably just make numerous attempts to justify it and then will end up with some sort of reality show.

According to the kid she got into it with, her three children were sitting there bawling to boot. I know it shouldn't be, but I still find it funny. I'd actually love to here the dialog between the two. I've read several books on Alabama football and they just lose their minds over the Tide. If anyone is looking for an interesting read, check out Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer.

Drive down through Alabama at night on your way to Florida---go ahead and channel surf--guarantee you that reguardless of the month---that u will find sports talk stations talking about Alabama--Auburn--SEC football--in an extremely informed and passionate way. Its a way of life and more! They live and die with their football teams.
Unless you have been exposed to that level of loyalty ---lived in the SE---its hard to understand! Some on here understand what I'm talking about!
Back in the day--when I was stationed outside Jacksonville ---I vividly remember how Bobby Bowden was almost worshipped as a God--and how families with split allegiance between Fl and FlState would argue and fight!

I agree with everything you said, except for the inebriated part. One might ASSUME this is the reason for her poor conduct, but without facts....it's just an opinion. My take-away is the sexism of the SECURITY personnel that showed up. If this had been a man, they would have been on them like two-coats-of-paint, getting control of this situation.

I guess part of me is hoping she was drunk and that this sort of behavior is not typical on her part. Probably wishful thinking.

Boda--any way you could get me that Bama chicks phone number? I have an extra ticket --beside the Buddawg for todays game--behind the ISU bench --row 15! Had the ticket reserved for Bankshot but he has come down with the WTH crud:sick: and will not be making the pilgrimage down to the Mecca of Basketball. Therefore, I need a fan as rabid as Bank --that will wake our crowd up! Someone crazy enough to jump on the back of the Purple Ace Mascot--is what I'm talking about----:whack:

I think it's rather apparent she's drunk. She can hardly stand upright, she's staggering around, tries to caress the kid's chin at one point, has to use the handrail to avoid falling flat on her ass. I'm going to say that's at the very least a .20 blood alcohol level.

Yeah, no doubt. I saw another clip that had the original audio and you couldn't make out anything but one phrase by the kid. When she goes to grab his chin, he says "is she trying to kiss me?" to the guy in the sweatshirt that was restraining her.

Too bad that ol' Papa Bear wasn't around to give Mama Bear a lil' "honey," thus possibly avoiding this whole situation.

That is all well and good, if you believe her version of the story. At no point (based on what I have seen) did anyone attempt to go towards her family other than to stop her. The only person I saw making any aggressive moves was her.

Furthermore, if you are going to apologize, how about apologizing to your family first for crying out loud? You were a much bigger embarrassment to them then you were to Alabama fans (which aren't that highly thought of to begin with).
