I was thinking about doing the same thing. I don't mind at all paying that price for tickets to help the program and pad the numbers, but I'm only going to make it to one home game and don't know if it would be bad to buy tickets and then not show. With a new job and the long drive, there is just no way I can make it to more. I do plan to stick to my annual one home game/one road game. Any thoughts, guys? Would it be better to just make a donation to the football program, or should I buy the tickets to up the numbers?

I'd buy tickets. Then any tickets you can't use, you could always offer them up on here or donate them to a local Terre Haute charity or business that could give them out as a reward like the Gibault School.

Good idea. Think I'll go that route.

Just received my football season tickets after ordering them weeks ago. Took a few phone calls to the ticket office but I finally have them. Good thing they came today because this is the last day I would have been in Indy to check my mail before the game. Hopefully next year they won't wait until there is less than two weeks before the opening game to mail them out. Doesn't give them much time to fix any problems (not that the ISU ticket office ever makes a mistake). Throw in labor day weekend and they have even less time.

Buy general admission. The visitors usually sit around the 30 on the west side of the stands. (there are only seats on one side of the field). There is no specific visitor section but you'll find that is where the visiting fans will be congregated. With a few notable exceptions, you'll find Sycamore fans to be very friendly and pretty respectful to visiting fans.

Jay. I got my tickets this week. I'm only going to be able to use the Homecoming ticket, but I was interested in donating to my favorite local charity (The Bally). Can I send the other tickets to you guys...and you can do with them as you see fit?

Should I guy general admission tickets on the way in? Do games sell out there?

No worry about a sellout. Tickets at game time are always available. Attendance is on a steady increase but even with stands on one side, there are 12,000 seats total and we haven't sold out in "modern times."
