I'm going over to Terre Haute on Saturday morning. For those of you who do this frequently, should I take 70 or 40?

70 is ok if you can stand the trucks, little stopped traffic on weekend, 40 is a nice drive, I always take it

I would recommend taking U.S. 40.

Much of US 40 is like a private road. I never consider I 70.

Well sorry I didn't post sooner ITF, I had a dinner to go to in Indy last night and no construction on 70 west or east - I don't think they are doing much on the weekends right now - all lanes were clear.
