So does this mean that we will be starting a 37.5M-50M renovation to the Hulman Center at the end of this basketball season?
 
If the state approves the use of the 37.5 million they already set aside for this new, "revised" plan for the HC, then yes the goal would be to start construction in the spring of '18.
