Louisville fan asking for your help. For our tailgate, I always serve a mixed drink in honor of our opponent. Is there an "official" mixed drink of Indiana State? Or is there something popular at your tailgates? Want to show proper respect. Thanks in advance. If any of you are making the trip, we tailgate by Pole 5 in the Green Lot near the stadium. Stop by and say hi.

I’m dating myself but until the late 90s the popular campus bar didn’t have a liquor license...just beer and wine. They invented the “Terre Haute Trainwreck”....fill your pitcher halfway full of beer and the other half with Boone’s Strawberry Hill. It’s as bad as it sounds haha.

Also Champaign Velvet beer has Terre Haute beginnings. Not a mixed drink but would be a nice homage to ISU/T.H.
 
This is quite unofficial but several of my former Indiana State Cross Country teammates created a mixed drink we called the Blue Sycamore - we would always order them in hopes it would catch on at the Copper Bar - never did...

Anyway.

Blue Curacao
Red Bull
Shot of Malibu
Shot of Goose
Splash of Sprite

And you’re off and running wih a Blue Sycamore!

Could be hard to find but you could always look for Champagne Velvet beer (TH is the birth place) and serve that - frankly I think it sucks.

I knew I would get a Natty Light response! That happens with just about every university. Thanks for the suggestions, guys. Any other suggestions? If not, I'm going with one of these options.
