Even though Jaime didn't make the Colt's last year, the publicity was good for our Trees. Way to go Donye. I'm sure it will be on the news tonight. All PUB is good PUB~
 
hey bally...you're wrong...lol...

jamie petrowski was on the colts roster last year...he was on the injured reserve list...he hurt his foot/ankle in the final preseason game...so he is still on the team's roster this offseason.....dont know what this year hold for him though...since the team drafted a guy to do what they wanted him to do...which was to be an end line blocker and occasional pass receiver....

TJ, it won't be last time I am wrong, trust me. I already corrected something I had stated on another thread on here today. I knew he had made the practice squad at one point but I thought he was cut when he hurt his leg so if he is still on IR, you are absolutely correct. Hadn't heard that he was invited back yet. I was thrilled to have him on the PS.

i talked to jamie in the locker room the week before the team left for the super bowl...i was supposed to get with him the week of the super bowl...down in fort lauderdale...but i never saw him in the colts media room down there...i asked around about him...but was told that he wouldnt be taking part in the media sessions.....it was kind of strange...because he seemed interested in chatting before they left...maybe the colts got to him..and said not to talk..who knows...lol......

That's interesting stuff. It's nice to have an "insider" in the clubhouse. I have never met Jamie but I know some people with Titan ties that liked what they saw in him~
 
If he works hard, he has a chance. The Colts have three very good safeties and then very little after that. I know Donye can beat out Silva, but he has to do it on special teams.

silva is pretty darn good.....the colts love him on special teams...and he has played pretty well when filling in for bullitt on defense....they love his physical style....

as a matter of fact, silva is a candidate to be the colts regular punt retuner....

More the reason, I'm dumbfounded that no one picked up Shonda Faulkner.

Tells me one thing...Miles has more pull w/ NFL Coaches than Lou West....WHO WOULDN'T THUNK IT.

Shonda had a tryout with the Saints. He didn't make it past the initial minicamp if I recall. More or less the same opportunity that Donye had.

His return coverage is good, but he's slow. I hate seeing him on the field when we're on defense.
