I'm doubting this will happen. An open practice, maybe, but not a midnight madness type thing. Time is limited and these guys will have a lot to learn in a very short period of time (especially the newbies). This is not a time to be showing off dunking prowess or street-ball type hoops that you may see at these types of events. These guys need to learn some pretty intricate offensive sets...various defenses and the purpose of said defense (get a steal...run off some shot clock which makes the other team have to get into their offense later than they'd want...etc). Before they can do all that they have to work on basics...defensive drills...shooting drills for specific positions...ballhandling...lots of fundamentals as well.
So I wouldn't hold my breath if I was you on seeing a midnight madness while Coach McKenna is at the helm.
