hm.........................think I saw a post on here about this a couple hours before this one ?

Balls State plays IU, Purdue and Butler
Evansville plays Butler and Notre Dame.
Why can't we schedule these schools. What is Ball State doing right? What are we doing wrong?
I don't care if they won't give us a home and home series. Let's play them at their place if necessary.
And, I don't want to hear they're afraid to play us.
Perhaps Ron Prettyman needs to find someone who can assist in brokering these deals.

Notre Dame: We played them in 2010
Purdue: We played them at Conseco Fieldhouse in 2010 we also played them in 06, 07, and 08.
Butler: Won't schedule us....and they destroyed us in the Bracketbuster in 2012
IU: Last played in 06.

We have played Butler, Purdue, Ball State and Notre Dame all within the last 3 years... What is the beef??
I think he wants them on the schedule yearly, and to be honest, we should be brokering that kind of deal IMO.

One, almost all of them will help our RPI. Secondly, I don't give a shit about a home and home, but that would be awesome. If not, go to their place and show out. Since Indiana is a fertile recruiting ground, odds are we could have additional prospects from just playing in these games. IU/Purdue/ND/Butler can't take everyone.

Lest we forget that Butler is coming to Hulman Center next season, and I believe you'll see Purdue on our schedule again since we are both getting one of the Scott twins. IU will never play us, and I'm told Crean was forced into Eville and Testicle Tech by his AD and was livid about it. The only reason we played ND was because they were in a tough spot and needed a game. I think Lansing and RP both have said we'll play anyone, anywhere, any time. That's about all we can do. The early season tournaments are a God send for us. The days of seeing the "big boys" in Hulman Center are over...particularly since we have this nasty habit of beating them...

Maybe we should try Kentucky since they can't work out a deal with IU. Home and Home or 2 for 1 would be cool wouldn't it? Crean would have a cow so to speak.

Butler is coming to town because they have to not because they want to.

I am guessing that home game vs. Butler will draw a big crowd next year, we really need to beat them after what they did to us this past season.
