Please explain/provide examples of "carrying your own load" as a Marine on the front line of battle? I'm not a Marine, but have had a number of friends & relatives that have been, and given the condition of ACTIVE COMBAT, none have ever preferenced fighting alongside a WOMAN, all other factors being equal. BTW...the topic was initially about discriminatory pay patterns in American industry, NOT military.
