Tune in tonight to watch the two ISU runners compete at the NCAA meet, it's not yet known which ESPN station the meet will be on when these two run, depends on the outcomes of the NCAA softball games, but they will be on one of the ESPN channels at the assigned times. 7:46pm and 8:32pm

Congratulations to both Timlin and Washington! This is great publicity for ISU and the track program. Also, nice article from the Indy Star. I'm not much of a track guy, but it is exciting to see these two have so much success! I will try to tune in and watch both. GO SYCAMORES!!!

and actually, there are 20 MVC athletes competing at the NCAA meet over the next 4 days, including defending NCAA champion and NCAA record holder DeAnna Price (SIU) in the women's hammer throw.

So this is a time where you can root for all MVC athletes to do well.

looks like the meet will start on ESPNU at 7:30, then switch to ESPN2 at 8:30 tonight, so Timlin will run on ESPNU and Washington on ESPN2

well, crap! Dave ran 3:41.35 and got the school record, but missed making the final by .13 seconds, so close! he's a junior, so hopefully can make it to his 3rd NCAA meet in 2017.
He was 9th in his heat, he needed to be top 7.

Washington got 2nd in his heat and makes the NCAA hurdle final! He'll run again Friday!

kind of an odd occurrence in that men's 200, heat 3, James Harrington, the Iowa kid who false started, was recruited by Indiana State to play men's basketball, he was also recruited to run track by many schools, he chose track, running for 2 years at Auburn, then transferred back to Iowa.

How much would that suck, you finally make the NCAA meet, then you false start and get DQ'd and don't even get to run, ugh

Washington got 3rd!

1. Oregon 13.50
2. Kentucky 13.67
3. INDIANA STATE 13.68

Would have been awesome to get 2nd as the guy from Oregon destroyed everyone. Great season by Adarius and another reason to be proud to be a tree!!!!
