This will likely be the thread that ruins my interest in college basketball.Creating a thread to keep track of specific amounts that get mentioned so we can see how much they believe it will take to win at the various D1 levels.

Nothing to apologize about. Besides maybe some star offensive players, I don't think NIL is / will be too out of control at the FCS level. None of the schools at the FCS level have enough money to pay 63 players or even just the 30 or so players that actually contribute.but you will still have ISU football because there is no NIL there to worry about.

Baseball players are getting NIL money and they need it like basketball to stay competitive. You think those players just stayed after what they did on the national stage last year? It’s pretty remarkable none of the key pieces hit the portal after their run last year.Nothing to apologize about. I also think baseball is still relatively pure (for now) too.
I'm sure they're getting NIL money, but I doubt any of them got $50K to stick around. Any ideas on what they actually receive?Baseball players are getting NIL money and they need it like basketball to stay competitive. Saw this come across my timeline. NIL adjacent at least...but a good look at what teams with a solid NIL store and buy-in from players can look like.
Ah sorry for the repost then.I've posted on that one before, but that one is player-based. IIRC, there was a signup link at the bottom for athletes to get their own store created.
