My son-in-law had a hard time getting tickets as well, said 3 different sets he had didn't go through... Finally got all 3 here needed..

I'm hearing stub hub bought a lot
Nahhh, seems like those were already on the site. I checked while I refreshed TM for the release haha those lower level tickets went to ISU fans who waited impatiently for them to drop. Lower level seats were only singles left after 7-10 mins of the ticket release

There is roughly 5,500 upper bowl seats. 5,500x$20=$110,000 and roughly 3,500 lower bowl seats. 3,500x30=$105,000.

Does anyone know where the $215,000 in ticket sales go? School? NIT? distributed amongst NOT schools?

Remember reading up on this pre covid and all ticket revenue is put into 1 pool and then you get your cut based on how many games you played in...so state wouldn't get anymore revenue at this point than any other team that has won 1 game so far..maybe the rules have changed? But that's how it used to be...would stink bc we could use that extra revenue.

On the plus side I would think that getting downtown the additional bump in business is going to continue strengthening that relationship between the program and city..I would venture to guess you see the city/ businesses be even more invested in the program and you'll see multiple partnerships next season..

So I am looking at tickets at Hinkle and it looks like they are starting to move. The whole lower is showing sold. Is this due to schools being issued tickets later?

They were available a couple days ago so maybe some people are expecting good results. I can’t come to both games so I didn’t buy any as it’s all sessions. IF they make the finals - I’ll be there but will probably have to do resell tickets
