Jan and I will be there cheering on the Sycamores ! Well, she may secretly pull for the Irish (she lived in South Bend for 20 yrs), but I'll try to keep her in check.
After Thursday night's disaster its important we WIN this --shoot the ball well, avoid stupid turnovers, and play some DEFENSE !

The game will be carried by fox sports south here in the Louisville area. I've got 2 1/2 hours blocked out for it.

SYCAMORE51- Now that's a relief. Here I thought my only option waqs Sycamorevision-or what ever you call that thing. Just a note, I saw on ESPN3 that the game is scheduled as well. I like options! GO SYCAMORES!

I noticed a lot of the regional Fox Sports channels have picked this game up. Just about a national broadcast if you add up all the different regional channels it is on.

Anyone note the following?

QUICK HITS
- Indiana State was 14-2 last season when holding teams to 63 points or less and is 40-3 when doing so under fourth-year head coach Greg Lansing.

This year we're 1-1 when holding teams to 63 points or less in the 2nd half!:smack:

I just hope this isn't yet another game where we get a double digit lead, think we can coast, then wind up losing again for the umpteenth time like this.

Looking forward to going up to the game even after completely blowing it on Thursday. We have to contain their perimeter weapons if we want any shot of winning this one. That and Gant needs to be the difference maker that he has the capability of being for us.

Off to the Stacked Pickle to watch with my Sycamore brethren! Hope to see some of you there for the butt whoopin' the Trees are gonna lay on the Irish!

Mike Brey is not looking past the Sycamores, he's being very respectful of our team.

“This is an ACC game,” Brey said. “We could use an ACC kind of crowd for this game. Let’s practice our ACC crowd and sixth man helping us because they’re very good and it’s going to be a tough game.

“It’s going to be a tough game and that’s why we scheduled it.”

Decent start. I'm okay with Gant starting only 1-4 from the field. I like that he's being aggressive and the offense is working inside-out.

I'm really liking K. Smith's offensive improvement so far this year. He's aggressively attacking the basket.

playing pretty solid so far....usually how it goes. lets hope we play a FULL GAME TODAY!!!

Exactly. This game is starting just like the Belmont game. We have the upper hand; now we need to keep up the intensity and withstand ND's run...because they will make one.
