I'm looking for a golfing partner while in Vegas for the tournament. Probably at Bali Hai, and probably Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon of that week.

Sorry I can't help you with the golfing partner...but I'll be in Vegas.

Does anyone know of any events taking place for fans, as sponsored by ISU?

Also, let's sound off on who's going...now that we're only two days away from playing the Illini.

What time are the two games on Friday? Will be travelling most of day but hope to be able to catch the Friday game on TV.

Just hope we are not looking at a 30 point blowout....if you recently compared the scores between the Illini, Brown, and Austin Pea, we are going to have to reduce possessions, keep the score down, to at least down in the 70's if not into the 60's. Its a national broadcast so whole USA will see it. Great exposure, just hope we play respectable.

I just want to see fewer turnovers, better shooting percentage, better FT percentage, and Khristian Smith not get 2 fouls in the first 2 minutes of the game. When he goes out early all hell breaks loose.

Most of my in-laws are Illini grads and guess who I'll be spending the day with tomorrow. Sure would like to see us at least give them a tough game and a bit of a scare.

My wife is an Illinois grad. Not a big sports supporter, she usually roots for they Sycamores. The in-laws build houses in C-U so they are fans. Hopefully I can brag on a win tomorrow for that too.

I'd love the upset but we've struggled with two bad teams in Austin Peay and Brown. This is going to be a huge uphill battle.

I'd like to think that this game will be good for us either way as far as preparing for the conference. And I think we need to play someone that we really fear.

Brutal, I say. Brutal. And the next one, and the next one...

I hope we at least look competent. I have my doubts, but maybe the Illini will gorge themselves on turkey before the game and will be sluggish. Someone send them a turkey dinner. Maybe we'll be able to keep it within 20.

For sure. I want every game we can get like this. Even an ass beating will help more than it would hurt.
