Spread jumped to 4.5 Bobcats. Glad I bet at 3.5. Going to be very cold and windy. Conditions favor MSU.

Back to ISU Football. John Bear has been named the new OC / QB Coach, while Jalen Banks is the new RB Coach. I know our site is going to hype Bear up a little bit, but it sounds like he has a good resume.

That’s about as good as you’re going to get with the coaching salary we offer. Let’s hope we can build on next year.

ISU has some D1 transfers coming in next season.

Keshon Singleton- WR- Air Force
Bryan Domino- WR- Connecticut
Larry Stephens III- WR- Toledo

Trent Baker-Booker- CB- Virginia
S- Kimal Clark- Central Connecticut St

Tyson Miller- OL- SE Missouri St

We also signed Jerome Robinson, a transfer CB from Highland Comm College, but I don't know anything about that program or whatever level they are in.

Been following on Go Sycamores.
ND hasn’t done anything but stall out. Back up QB in the game, and seems to be more effective.

Might sound bad, but hopefully some of these FBS schools with deeper donor bases can poach some of the better players from the other schools in our conference, particularly the Dakota schools. The portal / NIL might be a net positive for us in football if that happens as it would even the playing field a bit. I've seen enough MVFC football to know that anyone that's putting up great numbers in this league would do just fine in the Big 12, ACC, Mtn West, American, etc.

Great point.

I'm officially in on the Montana trip as of yesterday. Already looking forward to it. Also in on the Thursday night opener against McKendree. Hopefully I'll be able to make it to a few other games as well.

If you find a neat resort or cabins to stay at, please let me know. I’m seeing if other guys want to go.

Unfortunately I probably won't have time for anything like that. I likely won't be getting into Missoula until the day of the game and then I have to make it back to Terre Haute (26+ hr drive) by Tuesday night. If you do end up going to the game though I definitely wouldn't mind meeting up.
