Our 3pt shooting

Has anyone else noticed that the MVC 3FG% leader list looks like our roster?
I thought we had "decent" shooters, but WOW! We have some players that are on fire.

Wow i didnt realize that either. Thats pretty impressive. Carter may be known as the best 3 point threat in the Valley now....just sayin 21-45 in conf play is pretty damn good

Yeah no doubt and I think these two reasons among others make us VERY dangerous for any team come Arch Madness. Because unless we were to run the table in the MVC the chances of us getting an at-large bid are slim to none. I don't think that anyone expects us to run the table, however I bet we got about 10 guys in that locker room and a few coaches who have every intention on doing so... They are a grounded bunch, no let down from Sunday afternoon.

But you got a team that shoots the ball from deep well, rebounds well and defends then you got a team that can make some serious noise. No truth to the rumor that a young group of players can't lead you to the promise land ala Butler last year. We play hard D and we rebound the rock - we are going to continue to be in a lot of basketball games!
