Pretty fair, and in my mind not very biased, assessment of the MVFC. Youngstown State very easily could have won the game against us last year, with a very close call in the end zone at the end of the game. They probably could say the same about 3-4 other games as well. This is a dangerous team for us this year, with very good RBs and a defense that will be better, and will not likely give up nearly as many big plays. It is nice to see (and a testament to the upper classmen) others around the conference showing respect to what the Sycamores have built in a short time. Close the deal this year guys with a playoff season!
 
7-8 wins for YSU? Yeah, that's a biased prediction. I have no problem with it, but let's just be honest. ISU could easily struggle this year, too, and only win four or five, but I'm biased so of course I don't think that's going to happen. He put us about where everyone else has us, albeit one spot off for YSU's sake. I will say that we should expect to beat YSU at home (we should expect to win every home game actually), especially given that we won on the road in Youngstown last year.

You should read what some fans think about us...I read one who said "expect a return trip to where they belong, the cellar and finish last, 1 win in conference"

That's why I don't spend much time on other fan boards. It's not that I don't like to read an opposing take, it's that a statement like that is completely illogical given our returning talent this year, so why bother reading what an uninformed or deliberately spiteful idiot has to say?
