Yes, the plight of most mid-majors when playing high-majors, specially the better hms. We are just not as deep as that requires on most days.

You don’t get recognition for playing a good half of basketball in the regular season. You sure as shit don’t get any recognition playing a good half of basketball in an exhibition game vs. one of the now top teams in the nation. Purdue was always going to be good this year but confidence and momentum are awfully important and we couldn’t measure any of that when we first saw them - that’s a different beast right now. You really just hope that we can get some mo and positive vibes going today.

As for Purdue - good for them but I couldn’t care less what they do from here on out. Them being as good as they are doesn’t validate us. We gonna have to do that on our own and so far we're just meh.
