Well, it started with our Indiana State Football Alumni Association.....

that we got going a couple of years ago.

Not sure but David Allen was a part of it if it's the same group. Bigblue79 and I were both there as well. There were two meetings on the subject if I recall correctly.
 
Not major news? Depends on how you look at it. Just to keep things in perspective, this does more to improve our program than a new stadium, truthfully. It means we can have the talent to compete at a high level, which has to come first if football is going to be a strong, lasting program at ISU. We've moved from baby steps to long strides when it comes to improving!

Agreed! This will improve the program and lead to higher attendance which will add to need for a new stadium. It actually puts the progression to a new stadium in perspective.
 
yeah this is definitely great news to hear. it is just harder for people to understand what this can do because you can't see it per say, as you would a new stadium or athletic complex.
