Thoughts on Early Season Practices.........

A few things I have noticed.............

Our kids are all very passionate and dedicated to the ISU program........They would run through a brick wall for Coach Miles...

Our freshman from last year don't look like freshman anymore....... Brock Lough and Ryan Roberts are noticably stronger. These kids are also more vocal in practice and have taken on leadership roles despite their underclassmen status.

The freshmen that I believe will play early and contribute........
Dillon Painter, DB. He reminds me of Alex Sewall.
Luke Harris, RB, tough kid that is willing to deliver and take hits.
Jacoby Washington, LB. He is a big athletic kid that will surprise people.
Ben Obaseki, DE. Good size and athletic.

The new locker room is awesome! The main entrance to the building is going to be a "Hall of Fame"/"Wall of Fame" area. Walking into the building and into the new locker room will finally make the kids feel like they play Division I football.

The FieldTurf is as good as it gets. Finally, we have an administration that is supportive of our Football Program!
 
Isn't Aaron Archie still a freshman too? Will he contribute right away?

Not necessary but...

Is there any way to post those pics here? My current ISP is giving me fits -- I probably just need to tweak my security settings...

Is there any copyright issues w/ posting the pics here?
 
I would assume that they will sod and or plant grass on the mound...I asked the same question of some friends of mine in the ISU administration and they said they were trying to create an area for people to sit and relax. But who knows.
 
The Hill is there to stay as far as I have heard. I hope Aaron Archie can play as well as he looked at the beginning of last season. He should be a tremendous player and will definitely get some clock.
