Looks like the Pitbull concert is still happening on Oct. 15th...sooooo, the Gulf Coast Showcase is probably still moving forward.
Thanks for your input TreeTop. Got a couple friends going that already have hotel reservations and didn’t know what to expect. Wife & I were planning to go but now have other commitments. There are a couple of minor-league hockey games scheduled for Oct 13 and 14 that have both been canceled. Definitely a fluid situation.
Looking ahead at the schedule something that didn’t look very favorable from an attendance standpoint that sort of might work out in our favor…
We only have like 3 weeknight games left at home… Most Indiana State students do not attend weekend games. 2 of those 3 weeknight games? Southern IL and Bradley. 2 of the better teams in the conference when we have the best possible chance to create a nice home court advantage.
Just something worth keeping and eye on as we get further along into this conference season. Otherwise, I’m not sure I love all the weekend conference games.
