WANTED: Passionate Sycamore Fanatics. That You?

Register NOW to join our community of die-hard Sycamore fans.

As Sycamore Tuff noted, the girls got the W today to remain unbeaten at Home. They played maybe their best and most complete game of the year and beat Belmont 2-1 earning them the #5 seed and a trip to Nashville. We will play SIU on Thursday, and a win gets us a rematch with Belmont on Sunday.

Is it weird that I am really feeling the anticipation building for tomorrow's game?? Maybe it's because every game from here on out could be my daughters last, but I just want to hear the opening whistle already. Taking an early morning flight out to Nashville tomorrow and hoping to stay through the weekend with a Monday return!! Go Trees!!

Hey Howie! Is it just Tv or does the lighting suck on that field? You can’t even see the player taking a corner and their goal it looked like Maddie just flat out lost the ball it looked odd…..

Congrats to ISU Women's Soccer on the victory tonight. Enjoy the weekend in Nashville.

It was kind of gloomy. The rain didn’t help. Miserable night weather wise but the girls battled. Belmont on Sunday for a trip to Springfield MO.

That goal at the half was a terrible call!!! It was in before time went out. Belmont definately is physical even their keeper is taken a couple of our girls out.

Man I love this team. Amazing players, families, and coaches. To say I am going to miss it is an understatement and this one really hurts. Thanks to all of you for following along this season, and I am glad to have met a couple of you in person along the way. I hope that this group started a little something that will continue in the future. Go Sycamores.

Anyone going to pick up pen and be the voice of Sycamore soccer out here? Sounds like a rough Spring so far, which is to be expected I guess when you graduate so many key players. Hope they figure it out and things don't regress too far into the past heading into next Fall. Could be a great opportunity for the incoming freshman and those that didn't play a huge role this past season.

Howie, I will try to fill the big soccer boots you left. We have been spending more time on campus and the Keeper only ID camp this spring with my HS daughter. Will be attending the team camp this summer. I have been lacking this spring with ECNL ball going but will pick it up especially in fall.

Good luck. My daughter had a great experience in Terre Haute. Can't believe she graduates in May. It sure goes quickly!!
