Yes, the Valvoline station has structural/drainage issues that have to be fixed for them to open. I've been told they would have to tear down to fix the issues and they are hung up in litigation for who is going to pay for it.I have heard, no insider information or connections, that Valvoline uses an underground area to change oil and it floods. I heard that from a competitor. I also heard that Drake’s is waiting to maybe move into the mall. no idea if that’s true or not.

I've heard something similar. Yes, it's in City limits, so I have limited knowledge of the issue. I'll make a point to check on it next week.@meistro I had heard the above as well. We just going to let that building sit vacant and unfinished? City issue?
