Undefeated Aces going into B'ton tomorrow! Do we root for the MVC or against Eville! A lot of strong feelings on this game.
Still think it would be great to have a solid In-state Holiday Tournament to highlight what we have in this state!
Can UE sting the Hoosiers like the Trees did ND? Heard they are expecting a huge crowd!

No doubt in my mind--back the Valley! Would be a big boost for the Aces to win these games and pick up 2 loses with the Trees. That will be tough but we can dream.

I stated it earlier -- I expect IU to blow them away. Would be a good win for the conference, though.

Are you sure IU has the horses this year to blow anyone away? They don't seem to have the firepower this year to blow anyone off the court. Still would put my money on IU to win, but I expect UE to keep it close.

Not sure...all I know is they WEREN'T wearing ISU blue! Pretty brazen to be wearing "Indiana" red & prancing around the inner concourse. If I'd only had my 3rd grade pea shooter!:shotgun:

Are you sure IU has the horses this year to blow anyone away? They don't seem to have the firepower this year to blow anyone off the court. Still would put my money on IU to win, but I expect UE to keep it close.

They will just be hard to guard due to their quickness and hops. I guess we should expect UE to be ready and give it their best shot.
IU at home is always a formidable task.

I didn't realize the Aces are averaging more than 90 points a game. That article makes me fear the Aces a little bit.

I was at that Wichita State/DePaul game last night, and Wichita State looks VERY good. Now, DePaul played like hot garbage but Wichita State completely imposed their will throughout the game. Cotton and Ron Baker are going to be very tough to handle.

Wichita State has two weaknesses that I saw last night. One, they have no backup point guard. Zero; as in they actually do not have one. If Van Vleet were to get in foul trouble or become injured, they will be in serious trouble. Baker ran the point when Van Vleet went to the bench, and he's a terrible ball handler. DePaul forced several turnovers with Baker running the point. Two, Wichita State's frontcourt is very raw. They rebound well, but they cannot score and are not the best defenders. Gant should have no trouble finding scoring opportunities against their front line.

The game was a layup/dunk show for Wichita State fans. DePaul ran a horrible full-court press half the time and gave up nothing by easy buckets on the other end all night.
