Just curious who else is going to that this weekend? If you didn't go to the Indiana tailgate the alumni association put on, they gave out kick ass Sycamore Tervis tumblers. I've been told that is the merch gift again for those that go.

We'll be tailgating but not at Alumni Association tailgate. I think we're setting up with Calvin Blank's family (freshman TE for BSU from Terre Haute) so we can get a little friendly trash talking going on before the game.

I think they are giving "Sycamores" window flags. I think we are going up but I am not sure if we are going to the ISU pre-game or just sittin' on my tailgate.
I know a couple people that are coming that will be disappointed. They called after they saw the ones we got at IU and they told them they were going to have them at Ball State.

Our Fort Wayne group, that you see in my Avatar picture from last years ISU win over Notre Dame, will be there.
I would tell SSOM, but he couldn't find Boda's tailgate last week at that huge crowd at Memorial Stadium......so I doubt if he could find our Tailgate in Muncie.....

LMAO. I think that is why he also ran track and not cross country. Lanes and course were clearly marked.

I will be playing golf in EVille tomorrow at Victoria National. My uncle and 3 cuz will be at the game. I was going to go - the good folks at BSU were going to hook me up with sidelines passes.

Embarrassing display by our alumni. There had to be under 30 people that showed up to the tailgate. Meanwhile, there were HUNDREDS at the Ball State family day tailgate next to us. Not sure what more the alumni association can do.

My wife and I attended and had a very nice time. Agree there weren't as many there as you might expect but everybody was very friendly (probably should have known this already, but discovered Ball State and Southern Indiana used to be ISU, Terre Haute extensions which was one of the reasons the Sycamores and Cardinals play for the Victory Bell). Met the ISU President. Seemed to be down to earth, knew who my boy was and said he was a good kid. That always makes parents happy. Food was great especially the potato salad. All the ISU execs and administrators waited for the players to come out with the parents after the game to congratulate them on the win. I really liked that.
