Color me idiotic, but I really don't see much of a difference which says something about our program (not that we are moving up or anything). They can ball, they run a lot of clear out short to intermediate passing routes and their Wide-outs run good routes but their QB has those laser-eyes (sticks his eyes on the receiver he wants and doesn't check others)...They are a decent QB away from being a really good ball club offensively.

MTSU doesn't believe in taking a snap under center apparently as they take shotgun run draws from the 1 yard line. MTSU is traditionally a pretty good football program (have beaten Maryland a time or too)...Not sure if they just aren't that good this year or if Western is surprisingly good.
 
WKU's kicker is pretty bad. Yeah I said it, he missed the box (The box to recognize wide right wide left) so it became really wide right.
 
Their Running back number 3 Rainey, is a serious complete running back (Blocking, catching the ball, running the ball) HE CAN DO IT ALL.

I spoke way too soon, Jakes (WKU's QB) puts the ball directly on the hands of a deep receiver and he drops it with no one around. Feel bad for those guys.
 
Unbelievable with the 3 dropped passes and the DBs have absolutely no idea how to tackle. WKU should be winning this game. Gee a safety just as I'm writing this.
 
I was watching it earlier. Ninety percent of their plays went through their star RB. Just switched it over again and WKU scores a safety. 13-9 MTSU now.
 
Something I didn't notice earlier, but it seems odd that both teams appear to be in their home uniforms.

That is a really athletic defense WKU has. Really surprised we dropped 40 plus on them. They may be the most athletic defense we see all year.
