Two questions being asked here, was the hit dirty? Yes it was a dirty hit. Was it an intentional dirty hit? No it was not. The reason I was "upset" in the other thread is because it was brought up again - I tried to stay chill on this one, didn't argue my point just left it alone and it's still being discussed. It's like I was being tested, some just don't want it to die.

I think the hit ended up being/looking like a dirty hit - however I have little doubt that the player that made that play was trying to take Bell out. He didn't want to hurt him - in fact that never crossed his mind. I think after 100 plus yards in the first half they were just content with getting him on the ground, the only way that they could do that was finish the play.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the NFL isn't a fine levied against a player making a helmut to helmut hit... or is that only against the quarterback?

I put it in there because it was from a non-partial source...not to take a personal jab our testing anyone's patience.. Don't take it personal...I've never argued it either way...

Oh my comments were not directed at you. Just in general about the statement. I caught it when I was reading it and was like niceeeee.
