Trent knows how to pick those back-end safety types so I will once again trust his judgement on this one. Seems like a solid rover type.

Was the backbone to a great secondary that will (in 2014) find each member playing college football. Phillip's main strength is in run support, sure tackler and a hitter, but he also makes plays on the ball. He doesnt burst off the screen at you, BUT further investigation of the tape will show he's going to be in the right places at the right times and making the play.
