And even with the disappointment of this tournament..looking at Barnes, Key, Neese, Williams plus Washington and Hughes...add a little bulk and that is a unit to get pumped about
Glad to hear he committed even though things are rough right now. I just hope Lansing can coach this team to success. Not holding my breath.
Don't forget the Brinkmeyer kid. I believe he has some upside!

Apparently cancelled a visit to Missouri state and committed to us. This is a big time grab in season
This is good news. When is he eligible? Would like to see us get a big time juco center now.
Not confirmed but seemingly Jan of 2019...so, next season!
In the things I've read this morning...
1) he announced his decision via Twitter and Golden retweeted it
2) he's a great defender...read that in Des Moines Register
3) sees himself as a combo guard
4) averaged 12 min a game last season, 2 points, and 1 assist
5) 2 seasons of eligibility

So, he will have 3 semesters of eligibility left?
How does that work? Does Neese only have 3.5 years? Doesn't seem like they would lose a semester, but you wouldn't want them to play just the fall semester of their last year.
It's my understanding that Neese only has 3.5 years to play. So, if Williams already played 2 years and left in the middle of this semester, he would only have 1.5 left.
Yes, I guess that does make sense that they would have "used" this semester.

The problem is you have to have a year in residence at your new school before you become eligible. When you transfer after school starts, that is what throws you into the next semester for eligibility and why you see people announce transferring usually right after their season ends or in the summer time.
That doesn't look good. The kid's on crutches.
