Myrtle Beach Invitational-Just purchased tickets for the wife me . Anybody else out there planning on going?

I’m pretty sure I’ll be there. I’m trying to turn it into a golf trip and bring some friends with me too. They’ll be forced to cheer for ISU.

I think I’ve been banned from all S.C. golf courses so I won’t be playing golf on this outing. Last time I was at HH I did what no golfer ever wants to do. Early on the back 9 I thought I was better than I was and inadvertently hit the beer cart lady with a bogus drive. Fortunately she survived and went on to work the rest of the day. Needless to say, she bypassed our foursome on each pass. Looking forward to the games and beach.

That was the 1984-85 season. We beat Nolan Richardson's Tulsa at HC 100-94. Tulsa ended the season ranked 18th. We beat Minnesota 94-86 at HC. There sure was a lot of points scored in college ball before they put in the shot clock.

Was that in the Robby Vickers time or was he a little later?

Isn't Oakland (Detroit) where Cooper Neese's fellow HS backcourt mate is playing? Also recall the rumor of his possible transfer there here on the forum, but there was much of that back then.

Jalen Moore.
Originally went to Olney Central and then had a great year at Oakland last year. Graduated a year after Cooper Neese at Cloverdale.
Would have been an amazing addition to the Sycamores and that would be a great matchup.

Unfortunately, we are stuck playing the lesser deciduous tree of Oakland City.
