is that Luke Brown with the team tonight? see that he doesn't appear in the box score
Luke never played, not sure why? was hoping Stetson would win and we'd see them in the final game, Stetson has 3 Indiana kids who play a lot

This coach from FDU kinda drives me nuts in an interview setting - one thing that I like that he does that I wish JS would have done more of is that he subs 5 in a couple different times. I thought our depth this year was pretty solid - when we were humming we were getting big time bench contributions. JS really shortened his bench for the entire 40 the last half of the season.

You got to figure - this guy is on the biggest stage and he’s not hesitating to put his full second unit in. He doesn’t run with them for long - but he’s coaching confidently and playing a long game.

Not really meant to be a criticism - more so an observation. I feel like early on we utilized our bench a lot better than late in the season.

Know what you mean about the interviews, don't know if he is always like that or it's just the moment/setting. But the guys talks at 100mph but he teams plays the same way so it all works out I guess.

and yeah during Arch Madness and in Orlando our bench got real short. Hard to be too critical as St. Louis was some of the best basketball we've seen. I think that's going to be a Schertz thing going forward, all of preseason he talked about rotating 11-13 guys early then finding his 8 then going with them down the stretch.

Looks like FAU is going to pull it out. Good run by FDU and they'll be remembered for decades to come. I honestly thought they'd probably get blown out today.

Yeah - you saying that made me go back to the last 5+ regular season box scores and it really only seemed to get short in STL.

I think this team played better when it was getting mass contributions. That can be him - if that’s what he wants. But this particular team played better when they were having random contribution.

Next year obviously a completely different team and look. Might not be that way at all a year from now. Just something I noticed on the biggest stage would have been really easy for a 16 seed coach to just tighten it up - but he clearly stayed true.

EKU was lucky to come back and win their first game and has now played 4 OTs in 3 games...wild stuff.

Looks like they'll be playing Charlotte this evening at 5 ET for the CBI Championship. Might tune into that one. This tournament has been pretty good. The worse part about it seems to be that the officiating has been pretty awful, or at least that's what the radio guys keep saying.

The NIT has two games tonight too to determine who goes to the NIT Final 4. Wisconsin (Bradley's 1st round opponent) and North Texas both advanced last night and will play each other on the 28th. Hoping UAB and Utah Valley can both pull off upsets tonight.
