Yes he was OUT for sure. I think there were others out but I’d have to go back and look. I know Mayo was out the last game don’t know if he returned against Drake.

Illinois State wins, moves to 2-0 in MVC play
I watched the 2nd half, we "should" beat both these teams, they don't look like they'd match up well against ISU

Murray has some similarities to Pepperdine in that Rob Perry may be one of the best midrange shooters in all of college hoops. As long as he doesn't have a second fiddle also hitting from beyond the ark, I'm comfortable with that matchup.

Watching Murray St at Illinois St right now. Pretty sure the color guy said that he heard some dude call "Matt Schertz the Mike Leach of the MVC."
The color commentator in the Bradley game called Schertz that. Not sure I totally get the analogy, but there are worse people to be compared to.

Pretty sure its the same crew as the Bradley game. Leach was said to be an offensive innovator, very creative while at TT. I'm assuming they're saying ol Matty is like that.
Leach was a weird dude. A unique personality. While I get the comparison to offensive innovation (Leach created the air raid offense), the rest is apples and oranges.
I know he meant it as a compliment so I didn’t think anything of it.

Of course the only game I truly care that the MVC wins, is ours. Could be a huge night for the MVC NET as they are all roadies except for a P5 in the top rated conference going to carbondale.
But:
0-5 = man, what a blown opportunity
1-4 = Eh, not that great
2-3 = Not the worse night
3-2 = Okay, that's a pretty good night for the valley
4-1 = wow, the valley is putting itself in position for multiple bids
5-0 = well suck me sideways
