Just watching the UNI/Murray game. Duax this season is extremely puzzling to me and it actually reminded me of former Panther Tywhon Pickford. He averaged 9.1 points, and was one of the best rebounders in the country his freshman year placing him on multiple MVC teams after his first season. The rest of his career he was in and out of the starting line-up and averaged 4, 3.6, 4.9, and 5 ppg the rest of his time in Cedar Falls and was a non-factor.

Anyone know why Titan Anderson is out for UNI?

also is someone out for the Redbirds? Losing to Valpop at home…..yikes

Complete collapse by Murray. Without a doubtly the most selfish and undisciplined team in the Valley.

Looking at MVC standings, we’ve beat 4 of the 5 teams directly below us (lone one being Murray State)

Glad UNI beats Murray. Not only from a standings perspective but having a road win @UNI is going to help our metrics so the higher they are the better

Photo 6 minutes before tip off for Murray State's "5,507". While the 2 lower sideline sections did fill up nicely the 4 upper levels were completely vacant and the 2 end line lower levels were 3/4 empty. Considering their arena holds 8,600 it was probably more in the 3,500-4,000 range. Just irks me that the racers are "leading" attendance #'s when SIU, Bradley and The Sycamores have had the best attendance all year.

UIC did accurately report "2" for their last game against Bradley, Flames athletic department has integrity :ROFLMAO:

I agree 100%
Murray just completely fell apart in the last five minutes. I'm feeling much better about our trip down there next weekend.
I'm oscillating between excitement and dread. I would have felt a lot better about if my Racers had 'kept the good times rolling' but then reality set in.

They count season ticket holders regardless if they attend or not. Between the cold, threat of snow, and it being Sunday most of the pearl-clutching crowd stayed home.

my goodness, if you're on draftkings head over there now and bet on the Drake - Illinois State game tomorrow, they only have Drake favored by 8 points, Drake might win that game by 50

The rest of the MVC is in session tonight:

Valpo @ Evansville: MVC pillow fight
Drake @ Illinois State: Can't see this one being close. Drake has had some lapses this season but I don't think this is one.
Bradley @ Southern Illinois: 2 identical records going at it. From a standings stand point i would want SIU to win. But Bradley is our only Q1 win so it would help us if they pull it out. Either result has it's pros/cons
Murray @ UIC: I'm kind of feeling an upset here.
Northern Iowa @ Belmont: Would be a big game for UNI if they can pull it off. But i think Belmont holds home court

Watching Murray and UIC. Game has been pretty even but Racers up 5 getting close to the half.

UIC just doesn't have the talent there yet.
