The Southland Conference (12 members) will play a 22 game double round robin conference schedule.
I would almost prefer that if/when we go to 12+ members as opposed to needing non-D1s to fill out our schedule.

Curious on the why there.
I got around the paywall and basically says it's unnecessarily dangerous to schedule VCU. The risk of losing to an A-10 opponent and giving them an opportunity to boost their own standing is not worth it in their eyes.
Which comes back around to scheduling is just trash and it needs to be redone.
Expecting a home -home announcement with the Sycamores, wishes this fan.
